The bank does not care about this: "We have twenty people like this every day." Rough.
I was disappointed in this bank once. But the last visit changed my idea of this bank. The staff is responsive, they go to a meeting to solve problems. I don't know how in general, but it was in this branch that I liked the service

We lived in anticipation for a week, paid for the hotel. We arrived to them in a good mood. And as a result - a refusal! As well as everyone who was in the queue.
I climbed in to read the reviews - they are not opening an account from non-residents to anyone now. I.e. they know in advance that they will refuse, while asking to wait!

There is a mess inside the bank itself: waiting for your turn is an almost impassable task, because to perform even the slightest operation you have to wander around the branch from one operator to another, and then return to the first one, and stand in line every time. They talk to customers like they're dumb asses. The conditions for VISA cards change every year. When the card expires, it cannot be reissued because the conditions have changed. The fireproof "deposit" required for the existence of the card cannot be transferred to the deposit of a new card. At the same time, the deposit from the old card is issued only after two weeks and only to the person with the passport for which the card was issued. No power of attorney can be issued. In normal banks, the same Kapital Bank, there is no fireproof "deposit". With all this, Ipak Yuli Bank charges at least $1 per month from the card simply for the existence of the card. And this is from a debit card. I highly recommend not dealing with this bank.
