They can't structure the customer flow. Rooms are called to the windows, but there have been no customers for a long time. Why do I have to wait in line for an hour just to tell them all the numbers? Half of the rooms are not in place. Why can't this be structured?
I was dissatisfied with the service. I waited 40 minutes in the queue to open the card. Then the operator Raupova Humora served me for about half an hour, while being distracted by other business and phone conversations. As a result, she handed me an application for the issuance of 2 cards for signature – in addition to the card I requested, they also gave me a free Visa Start sum card. Thus, apparently, they are fulfilling the sales plan... After that, they offered to wait another 30 minutes for the card to be issued
A great bank. But there are still disadvantages. I ordered a card, three were issued, the fourth was never received, no SMS notification, no calls. When visiting in person, the card cannot be found.....
The staff was not good, I took the check and waited in line for about an hour, but it turned out that I turned to the wrong window, they said I was mistaken, and it was the mistake of the person who was sitting at the reception
We were served quickly, it was pleasant and there was a normal place without people at the reception. But it needs to be improved, cosmetically at least, the exterior does not match the brandbook and positioning.
I love this bank, you always come no problem. They serve quickly, solve issues quickly, the application is on fire, it always works, very rarely when only preventive maintenance is carried out, and then at night. The service is always excellent, the staff is experienced.

She does not speak Russian, communicates rudely while still sending (the type from the "uh, go all" part), she may have seen that I am younger than her, but my opinion is that bank employees should not talk to their customers like that! After issuing the card, they did not even ask what pin code I would like to install on the card, they set four units by default, and threw my card to me, although I opened three cards at once, these are VISA and Union pay, but I do not know if they do not see which cards the client opened when issuing, but after with a dissatisfied She was looking for my other cards with her face, and after finding them, she just threw them! I really want the management to see my review above and make a decision regarding this employee, such employees should not treat their customers this way, otherwise the bank will remain without customers at all!

The waiting time depends on the request of the previous person in the queue, namely what question he asked the bank, but most often it is no more than 5-10 minutes for one person.
Overall, one of the best banks in the country. I was there only once, I needed to buy currency, but I was satisfied. The electronic queue allows you to quickly solve your questions and not ask everyone who is extreme here. I think this is a big plus for banks.
