Extremely poor banking service. A company transferred money to my card based on a contract and my bank account details, but even after 4 hours, the funds hadn’t appeared. I contacted the bank, and they told me to reach out to the specific branch where I opened my account.
After finding and calling the branch, they directed me to contact a different department handling transactions and provided me with a phone number. However, the number didn’t work, and no one answered.
I then tried using the bank’s chat service, but no one responded there either. Overall, the service was incredibly frustrating and unhelpful.
