We were traveling from St. Petersburg to Brest to visit our mother.Before Orsha, the car broke down, somehow they reached the service, where the master, having determined the cause of the breakdown, refused to repair us and said that no one could help us in Orsha, there was no equipment, only in Minsk.
I called the first tow truck number that caught my eye on the Internet to have the car delivered to Minsk.
Unfortunately, I do not know the name of the young man who answered us - so he asked why it was so far to Minsk?he came to us, inspected the car himself and helped with the repairs.
If it wasn't for him, I don't know what we would be doing in a strange city without knowing anything.We thank him for his caring, human attitude to someone else's trouble and wish him good health and success in business!

I gave 53 thousand for transportation, believed a fellow tow truck driver that the car would not be repaired in Belarus and in the nearest Russian cities, they took it to a dealer in Moscow, in fact it turned out that there was not much work for half a day and there were no problems in fact, change one belt and the car goes. The conclusion is that an ignorant person was deceived. They have accumulated 53 thousand rubles .
