We had a rest on July 23-30, 2023 in another hotel, but we had lunch and dinner most often in this restaurant, because the children wanted to eat only here, and children are known to be very difficult to please. Delicious food, huge portions and pleasant prices. The service is also excellent: the waiters run briskly, answer all questions, if they don't know anything, they contact the kitchen by radio and immediately give an answer about the composition and availability of dishes, any questions and situations that arise are resolved promptly. In other cafes and restaurants there is not even close to this. In some places, you can wait for the menu for half an hour and not wait, as all the waiters will stand aside, smoke and hang on their phones. Uzbek-Inzhu appreciates and loves each of its visitors! I recommend it to everyone!
Completing it. In 2024, the restaurant added two more rows of tables on the veranda, but the service has almost sunk to the bottom. We came to have lunch on the first day of arrival on 08/14/2024, there were a lot of empty seats, but the waiter had to wait for 20 minutes. By the way, the order was delivered quickly enough. The food is delicious. But then they caught at least some waiter for half an hour to ask for the bill. The "service included in the bill" policy does not justify itself at all in this restaurant. For such service in decent, self-respecting establishments, not that they won't take money, but they'll treat you to something at the expense of the establishment. And we've seen this before in Borovoye. Those who value their reputation and customers will go to great lengths to preserve them. Ing did not want to return to this Uzbek town anymore. There are plenty of cafes around with more efficient and customer-oriented staff and equally delicious food.

Clean, we were in a suite room, there is a play area, hammam, sauna, swimming pool, it was only cool, the room is also cool, but this central heating fails, overall not bad. The breakfast was not a buffet, but on the whole it was not bad (at home). There was not enough table in the room.

I stayed one night on 30.08.2024 in a double room for 55,000 tenge. The service is below zero. For that kind of money, they even forgot to put toilet paper. The floors are dirty. I forgot my glasses in the room. So they were silent until the last one until he called. They didn't even call the client. In short, the service is below the baseboard and not worth the money.
