On August 28, I took an analysis to the laboratory at Zhambyl18a. The selection nurse could not select because she did not find a vein. I pierced it so painfully and sharply and with a syringe inside the spark, I never got there. I called another nurse, she took it away from the other hand. My arm still hurts, I can't lift anything with this hand. Could she have pierced a tendon?! How can you trust such people?! How do you select health workers?!

The nurse sitting at the entrance does not know what respect is!!! I really didn't like it, it's better to drive to another department of the laboratory than to get there. She left dissatisfied, honey.the staff is terribly rude, there is no desire to contact them in the future 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Even a one-star rating is a lot for them
