I was in the laboratory on 08/13/2024, the nurse who took my blood did it very poorly, during the procedure I experienced hellish pain, my whole arm was burning from the elbow to the wrist, to which she said there must be a nerve there, I got into it, what do I think? Anyway, I left the next day, and today, on the 15th, my arm is twitching and hurting so much that I can't lift it up. It's not pleasant, now it's not clear how much more I will hurt if she punctured something for me. I'm very upset.

A very good laboratory. Well done, they do everything quickly and efficiently. The results, depending on the complexity, can be obtained the very next day. They keep the results for a long time.
But there are people who do not listen well and come with claims like give a result on the same day. None of the laboratories except especially specialized ones do this. Especially the state.
The service is at a height, it feels like it is not a state standard. Here's the cotton wool and that's it.
I have given blood for tests many times, I have never had bruises, and my skin immediately has a black bruise from a small pinch. This is a very strong indicator for me.

A terrible experience with blood from a vein in a 3-year-old child , a vein was pulled , the attitude towards clients leaves much to be desired , untrained specialists ( either new or such a shift came across ) disorganized work , the child 's throat was injured when taking a swab with a cotton swab until it bled ! They showed pretensions to the parent , instead of encouraging the child , they said that if he cries , he will not be able to take blood and they came in vain , in general we have something to compare, the child always willingly runs to the doctors and donates blood without tears , but here it's just terrible , although they turned to Pushkin for good reviews!
It is this point that I do not recommend wholeheartedly with young children

The company's behavior in case of an error on the part of Invitro: neither in case of an error in taking tests nor in case of a delay in issuing results, Invitro does not admit its guilt, does not refund money, does not redo the tests.
The first case was an expensive set of tests, but for technical reasons (Invitro computers broke down, which they did not warn me about) the result came later than 10 days and not all of it, when it was too late to use it to choose a treatment. The money was not returned.
The second case is that instead of one analysis, another was done. I pointed out the incorrect sampling of the material during the study, and it was ignored. The cameras made sure that I didn't ask for what they did to me. The money was not returned, the analysis was not redone.
