I liked the reception service, very polite
But the nurse who took the blood turned out to be very curious.I came to donate blood from a vein and she started asking why I was taking these tests, maybe I had a diagnosis worth it. And then she began to comment and give her advice.
It's not the first time I've had tests here, but it's the first time that everyone has questioned me so intrusively.
My friend had a similar situation.The same nurse also questioned her.

On May 31, I visited Invitro, and I am very happy to express my gratitude for the quality of service provided by the registrar Dina and the specialist in sampling Olga. The registrar suggested all the necessary tests for winter at my request, Olga took my blood for tests so carefully, I didn't even feel it. By the way, when I passed Ala tests in other organizations during pregnancy, it was sensitive, Olga did everything painlessly. I donate blood often , I also donated it in Invitro in Russia , I was at this particular center on Lenin twice , the first time I was with my mother .. And please note both times , the blood sampling was not done correctly ! It 's painful and bruised both for me and my mother ! So, alas, it is not necessary to call it an accident!This is only in this place , because my veins are clearly visible , and even in hospitals there were no problems with ivs .. The conclusion is that the professionalism of the specialist is questionable ! Don't set foot here anymore (((

My family has repeatedly contacted Invitro and detailed consultations were always given to all questions, all nuances were explained. They explained to me that when certain hormones are tested, at least 1.5 - 2 hours should pass after waking up, there should be no stressful situations and upon arrival at the point of testing, you need to rest for at least 15 minutes and only then the result will be correct. I received this information in the Invitro and everything went well. The staff is always friendly. It attracts that the execution time is one day, it is very convenient.

Orsha, Lenin Street, 16.11 donated blood for bilirubin. The fence was very painful, for some reason the nurse could not find the Veins on her healthy arm and reached into her wrist. It was very painful, the place was very sore all day, and in the evening a painful hematoma formed. I do not recommend donating blood there. Unprofessional. Plus, there are a lot of unnecessary comments from the nurse about the fact that she passed the main layer of tests in another laboratory (the wound was still sealed). At least it's none of her business.

Of the minuses, it is terribly unpleasant, even painful, taking gynecological tests. There is something to compare it with, because taking the same tests at a different address and another specialist did not cause such feelings. And this is not a one-time thing, because I went to take tests more than once, it is always equally unpleasant.
Therefore, choosing between an Invitro on Lenin and on Chernyakhovsky for such purposes, it is better for me to spend more time and get to Chernyakhovsky Street.

This is very important, because waiting in queues is the most useless pastime, and even more so when research costs a lot of money.
