I've been serving here, probably, since the opening. The competence of nurses is getting lower and lower -they can't get into the veins or they're just lazy. Under the same conditions, others get in the first time and without a glass of water. I'm going to work pierced in both hands-one in the wrist, the other in the hand, it's not pleasant when a needle is twisted under the skin in different directions and you also pay for this pain. No one apologizes at the same time. The medical education they boast of does not guarantee perfect injections. The establishment has deteriorated, I think.
The invitro was a discovery for me! We were pleasantly surprised by the promotions that they constantly hold!! And they find a vein very quickly, for me this is a significant plus, walking distance, nice staff, delicious coffee. I recommend. the results of the tests arrive on time. It is convenient that the test results come immediately by e-mail and you do not need to walk around the clinics in search of tests. Queues are like when, sometimes you need to wait, the room is small, I would like more, but because of the walking distance, and thank you for that!
I'm just shocked at how the work at the branch is organized now. I haven't seen this before. Why not divide the queues to the administrators who register patients for tests and separately those who came for a consultation, ultrasound, etc.? Today we stood in line with the child for 40 minutes and did not even place an order. I had to leave when there were 12 people in the queue before our cherished number (after 40 minutes)! I go to a private laboratory because, first of all, efficiency is important to me. I value my time! And when I see that the laboratory assistant is waiting for a few minutes until the next person is registered for blood tests, because before that there were a couple of people for an ultrasound / consultation, I have a lot of questions. People come after us and they are called to the administrator - they get registered and go for an ultrasound, and we stand... what is this supposed to mean? This is by no means a customer-oriented approach! And I would also like to draw attention to the size of the closet, in which not everyone can place their outerwear. And you won't leave them on the couch, because they are busy, and you won't take them with you…
