Why not divide the queues to the administrators who register patients for tests and separately those who came for a consultation, ultrasound, etc.? Today we stood in line with the child for 40 minutes and did not even place an order. I had to leave when there were 12 people in the queue before our cherished number (after 40 minutes)! I go to a private laboratory because, first of all, efficiency is important to me. I value my time! People come after us and they are called to the administrator - they get registered and go for an ultrasound, and we stand... what is this supposed to mean?
