I took off one star for a busy parking lot for the disabled, the second for the inability of the dispatcher to work with an electronic queue, my wife was called before the queue actually came up. The third star is for the rudeness of the dispatcher, when the wife came up before the turn came, because someone does not know how to use a computer. The fourth star is for the fact that when registering my daughter, the dispatcher demanded a passport with data from me, but recorded it on my wife's passport. The fifth star is for the fact that insurance companies go without a queue, which contradicts the current legislation. The total is 0 stars.

I definitely came here last time, I will choose other laboratories.

The service is fast. There is no parking from the word at all. Therefore, arrive in advance, 20 minutes before the opening. Take a queue and find a parking space.
Saturday, 10 a.m., only one window is open, and there are 12 people in the queue. The girl at the reception serves each person for 7-10 minutes
This is not the first time I have encountered such a situation.
One cashier works in the morning. There are a lot of people, but they work slowly. I stood in line for more than 1 hour, although there were only 5 people in front of the house
