Only positive impressions.Convenient location, everything is clean and beautiful, the receptionist Yana is very pleasant,competent and works very fast.The nurse has simply golden hands in the truest sense of the word.The blood took out of my vein so that I didn't feel anything from the word at all.And I know what it is (3 pregnancies with Rh negative).The tests were ready after lunch.Thank you very much!And best wishes to Invitro!

There are no complaints about the staff, all the polite ones work well, there are no questions. But there are 2 employees for the entire laboratory to the administration or management, and they do everything.... Is this even normal? You have two windows, one always works, you have 3-4 offices there, and one person works for all offices. Saving your costs turns into a waste of customers' time! I went in to take a blood test, there were only 3 people in the queue, and it took 45 minutes..... Don't ever come here if you value your time!

I consider the Invitro laboratory to be our family laboratory. We have been serving the whole family for many, many years: both parents and children.
Always a pleasant attitude of the staff to customers, and what is very important for parents, a special attitude to children!
They constantly give gifts: a hematogen bar, a notebook with stickers, a balloon, coupons for free coffee, cocoa, hot chocolate.
I like the promptness of getting results, especially when we rent on Briquette Street, the OAM was ready in 2-2.5 hours.
I like the clear interpretation of the analyses, easy to read.
Now we have opened a branch near our house on Zhinovich Street, very convenient and efficient.
Constantly good promotions and discounts on services, you just need to periodically monitor the Invitro site.
