The receptionists at the reception answer any of my questions in detail, for which I would like to thank you, because as a person who is far from medicine, it can be difficult for me to understand all the nuances of the prescribed tests. As a last resort, nurse Olga Sarakach took blood from a vein. I would like to express my gratitude for such a reverent attitude, everything was completely painless!! I recommend this office to everyone.

I passed the tests for biochemistry and some hormones, the reception is not very convenient, people are standing in one small corridor. Very inconvenient! no isolation, everyone knows what tests you're taking. After the tests were completed , a reply was sent to the mail at 2 o'clock , the response was incomplete , only a clerical blood test , without hormones and biochemistry . I had to find out where the rest of the tests were, phone calls to the call center... waiting until the evening. In the evening, another analysis file arrived . Without a call and clarification , the rest of the tests would not have been sent . Since in the contract all the purchased items were under one INZ and had to be sent in one single document . I don't recommend it, it's not a convenient laboratory.
