It's not the first year my family has been using this laboratory. Responsive, courteous staff, the quality of services is beyond doubt. The only disadvantage in my opinion is that in previous years a large room was used for blood collection, where more than two patients were served at a time, and now a small room designed for only two is a little cramped. Apparently this is due to the fact that the ultrasound service was added, and I have no other complaints, the medical staff is professional, constantly Promotions on prices for services. With purulent sinusitis, I did an analysis in m-ne Ainabulak.
The laboratory took money for a nasal swab + antibiotic sensitivity, but the laboratory staff did not make antibiotic sensitivity, the titer was low.
I do not need information that I have a bacterium, I have been suffering from chronic sinusitis for 20 years and I know without laboratories that pus is caused by a bacterium. That's why I'm doing it- antibiotic sensitivity.
In general, I spent 12 thousand. Tenge (2 analyses, me and the child), but I didn't get what I needed.

Mixed feelings from the laboratory staff. It seems that the tests are performed accurately, but unfortunately there are no nurses who take blood for tests from children qualitatively and painlessly. The administration should take the time to do this and train employees to practice on dummies, but not on patients, when a nurse can enter a vein up to 6 times.

The doctor gave me a list of tests that I need to take. On July 10, I applied to the office on Kunaev. I showed the administrator this list of appointments for tests. Everything is clearly indicated there by which method it is necessary to take it. When he came home, my husband looked at the tests and said that 2 analyzes did not meet the requirements (RW needs to be examined by ELISA with M antibodies, and as a result an Anticardiolipin test; Hepatitis B by ELISA with M antibodies, and as a result the hepatitis B antigen) Most likely the tests will not be accepted. It is a pity that they do not work professionally. The nurses are polite and took the tests very carefully.

The first time on January 6, I visited your department on Mailina, the Administrator was rude to me, and no one called me back.
The second case was on January 7, when my mother and I called a visiting team to the house.A girl arrived, made tests and took a blood sample.Instead of CA 15 - 3, my mother had a PSA analysis of the prostate gland!
They called and made an appeal and silence!
The nurse's contacts remained well, she solved the problem by refunding money for an analysis that is not taken from women at all.Apparently it was her mistake, she fixed the problem.
Nevertheless, no one gave us feedback again!
This is our time and health!
The third point is that my tests should have been ready before 21:00 yesterday, but there is no answer!
In addition, the nurse indicated the phone number to receive not mine, but my mother's, besides not leaving a receipt.
What should we do in this situation?

They don't work according to the schedule! I've encountered this twice in a week!
• You have indicated that they work on Saturday until 12. At 11.20 they can no longer pass, since they no longer work.

Girls, dear ones, do not go to the gynecologist at the Kunaev Invitro. I have a sad experience! I took a smear for oncocytology (PAP test), scratched my neck until it bled. As a result, the analysis is not informative, the laboratory returned the money! The sterility of the instruments does not show, and being on a chair lying on the floor is problematic to see! I'm not a sissy, but I roared for 2 hours without stopping after taking a swab!
