Excellent fitness center, very caring and responsible administrator Diana. There are all the necessary simulators. Clear. The only pity is that apparently there is no separate recreation room for the coaches, but this is not their fault.

I have been a client of Invictus on Turan since 2022. During this time, the cost of a recurring subscription has risen 3 times. The last two times in the period of six months. When asked why the cost is rising again, they replied that "we are spending money on developing an application." Friends, this is a priori a very bad excuse for the client. As a visitor to the hall, I use the application to cover only one of my needs - entering and exiting the hall. As a client, I don't look at the quality of your code and I haven't seen any new features, except for the sale of merch. As a client, it is important for me to see the positive effects of the cost increase in the hall itself. As a result, what we see (from the new in the hall itself - exactly 0 changes) is also not enough rubber bands in group classes; there is only one set of dumbbells and 3 kg running weights in the hall as usual; a set of cotton swabs with napkins lay in the women's locker room for 2 weeks, and then disappeared. If the administration is reading this review, then let's at least visually show the reasons for the cost increase so that your customers' loyalty remains at the same level. I understand that the strategy of Invictus as a whole is to focus people on an annual subscription, but do not forget about the segment of people who a) live in several cities, b) are on permanent trips /business trips, c) guests of the capital who came for a short time and want to go to the gym - this is also fast money for you. It is in your best interests to keep old customers with a recurring subscription, as a result, you stupidly hammer the bolt. It's just a complete disappointment.

It will be possible to change the locks on the lockers to normal ones (preferably automatic). The code on the doors is very inconvenient and often the mechanism jams.
