I recently visited the bank and would like to share my impressions. Unfortunately, there were some disadvantages. Firstly, the queue at the checkout is often long, and you have to spend a lot of time waiting. Secondly, I noticed that some familiar employees can pass without waiting in line, which creates an unpleasant feeling of injustice.
Nevertheless, there are positive aspects. I especially want to mention the work of the operator number 8. This employee is really the best: he is always polite, professional and quickly solves all issues. Thanks to such specialists, positive emotions remain from visiting the bank.
A good, clear, understanding bank. Only some visitors do not observe the queue, despite the fact that the queue is showing on a large monitor.

It's a pity that you can't top up your card through an ATM. It's the same thing every time. It seems like replenishing the card should be easier than ever, but no, you pay and wait all day. Previously, at least they did something on the phone, but today I called 4 times, only the promise that they would do it in 5 minutes.
A good bank, clean, kind of civil, But! Please pay attention to the money transfer department. There are supposedly electronic queues, for whom and for what it is not known! Employees cannot control the order, referring to the fact that their scoreboard did not work. Clients appear out of turn, when you ask, different reservations are like an 8-digit code or a 9-digit one, passports appear without clients, then their last name is voiced. after making sure several times that those customers who came after us or the queue numbers after us received their transfers, I had to express my dissatisfaction. We waited for our turn for 2.5 hours! Draw your own conclusions. Some employees of the bank believe that if they are sitting at a computer, they are special and the rest are "suckers". I really hope the management will draw conclusions and put things in order.
