We stayed for a day at the Intourist Hotel in Brest, a two-room junior suite. The hotel is very well located: near the pedestrian street of Brest with shops, restaurants, cafes, souvenirs, etc.; the shopping center, on the ground floor of which there is a Santa grocery store, where they sell cooked food; public transport stops, etc.. The hotel is a 20-minute walk from the train station along a pedestrian street. The hotel itself is very large. Our room was on a high floor, and the view of the city and the river was excellent. The room itself was quite normal and warm, but when we checked in, the first thing that "caught my eye" was two bottles of water on the table, one of which was opened and incomplete. We contacted the maid, she replaced the bottle. When we decided to drink tea and coffee and have a snack, we took the dishes out of the display case and it turned out to be... just dirty, greasy, apparently not washed after the previous guests. They turned to the maid again, who washed all the dishes. There is a sofa in the room, but here is a table without wheels, a small one with a glass top (it was scary to break it and move it). As a result, a small stool from the makeup table was used as a table (but it was not convenient, it was low and small). There is only a TV in one room, there is no TV in the bedroom. There is no desk, no workplace. The bathroom is spacious enough, but the water from the sink and the bidet faucet was extremely bad, I had to use only the shower. The bed is a large double, quite comfortable, there are 2 pillows on the bed, measuring 70* 70 cm, very heavily filled with filler, to such an extent that it is impossible to lie on them, just sit! I have never seen such pillows in any hotel. I can't sleep without a pillow at all, but there was no way to sleep on these pillows, the pillows are much higher than shoulder width, and my head turns sideways. We rolled one blanket under our heads and covered ourselves with the other. Naturally, we didn't get much sleep, and then, oddly enough, we slept on the train). Something like that!)
It's not a bad hotel. Our room was clean. Heat. There was a kettle and glasses, a hairdryer. Breakfast is glazed cheese, omelet with sausage and cabbage salad. Instant coffee or tea. There is a cooler with drinking water on the floor. Soap, shower gel, shampoo. There was a bathtub in the room. It was a little scary to get into it, and it was slippery to get out too. Otherwise, everything is fine. We were passing through, for one night. We are satisfied with the hotel. Thanks!
We checked in for 1 night, booked in advance. The floors in the room were not washed (the neighbors said they had clean floors, probably we were unlucky by chance). The pillows don't seem to have changed since the hotel opened. The bed linen was clean, but the bedspread was stained/stained. The interior can be partially seen in the photo, there has been no renovation since the opening.
There was a water cooler on the floor, but it was not possible to connect it to electricity (there is no outlet provided - there is no hot water).
In general, everything is fine. We rented a suite for 2 nights. We checked into a great room, but... One huge disadvantage: before us, apparently, dog lovers lived there, and their dogs shat wherever they had to. The room was clean, but the smell .... Tin. Thanks a lot to the girls at the reception, after contacting them, they immediately offered to change the room, but it was strange that it was of the same category, but at the same time it did not have bathrobes, and it looked much more modest. (Bathrobes were brought at our request). I appreciate the hotel and the work of the staff. And they tried to do everything to make us happy. Therefore +. For dog lovers - . If you're dragging them around, keep an eye on them.
Horror... The food is disgusting, and the program is a New Year's Eve competition for who can scream louder. The napkins are paper only, and when they run out, you don't have to be questioned. Julienne is served without a spoon! Should I drink it? To put it mildly, nonsense with a disgusting aftertaste.
I would like to have more varied breakfasts, Install a coffee machine, so I want normal coffee in the morning, it's a charge for the whole day, not instant and without milk.
We stayed for 1 day with a company of 6 people in 3 class C rooms, we were satisfied with our choice. We arrived early and left our luggage at the security, went on an excursion, then checked in.One room was at the end of the building with a wonderful view, especially at night, the view in the photo. The hotel is very well located, there is a pedestrian street nearby, you can walk to the fortress, I think 2 km, in good weather it is definitely worth going one way, there are few interesting things along the way.Breakfast in the lobby bar, 3 complexes to choose from, we liked both breakfast and coffee. In the same bar there are set meals for 10 rubles, we had lunch 2 times, we liked everything.Next time, if we plan to visit Brest again, we will definitely stay in intourist.Good price-quality ratio
A beautiful hall, a varied menu, excellent chefs and attentive waiters. Well, the New Year's program is beyond praise! I definitely recommend you to visit.
A wonderful place with a special atmosphere, I liked both the service and the dishes themselves, I would like to pay special attention to the friendliness of the staff. Everything is fine
It has been a long time since it was a restaurant to have a snack and sit down. It works only on loan for corporate events, weddings and other events. The room is very large for 150-200 people.
It was my husband's anniversary. The food, music, service and of course the excellent location in the city center - everything is at the highest level! I recommend it!
Breakfast costs 10 BR, and lunch costs 8 Belarusian rubles. My colleague and I were there for a complex lunch - salad, first course, second course and bread, without drinks. Satisfying. But the toilet room is not intended for visitors. A service toilet will be opened for you at your request. They will open it, because it is locked with a key. There will be no toilet paper.
I liked. The bartender was very pleased. I met him well and created a good mood. The chairs are a little depressing. And it's not bad. I'll come back again.
We lived in an Intourist and came to breakfast for 9.5 bel.rub. Very fast and courteous service, delicious food and the overall impression is very positive.
A scoop is a scoop... In the morning, the lobby bar is closed and coffee can only be enjoyed at the casino nearby. but! To drink coffee at the casino, you need to show your passport there! The question is not to the casino, they comply with the law, the question is to the hotel: will many guests like this "technology"? K - customer orientation...
