Dirty, dusty, cobwebs all around. The furniture and wallpaper are old. The towels are all exhausted too. Plumbing is dangerous to handle. Of the advantages: the location and the refrigerator in the room and the kettle.
If we compare it with other hotels in Belarus, then it is an excellent hotel. The room has everything: shower and toilet, towels, kettle, vacuum cleaner. The service is pleasant, there is a cafe on the ground floor, take breakfast-nowhere in Brest are we so tasty and inexpensive (there are several options to choose from, but all are decent).
I almost always stay at this hotel. Good prices. Great location - near the Central Department Store and pedestrian Sovetskaya, the Museum of salvaged valuables and the Brest Fortress.
In general, everything is fine. There is only one minus: claims against the security and the director of the hotel. It feels like they don't care about the guests.

A wonderful hotel in terms of price-quality ratio relative to other Belarusian hotels, where the middle segment is often absent. If I'm still in Brest, I'll definitely go there.
Administrator Anna should have been fired. We arrived at 20.00, said the room was not ready, although we booked early in the morning. You see, Anna is not responsible for other hotel services. A strange answer for the receptionist... she refused the offer to upgrade the room, since it was the fault of the hotel. She offered to pay extra for another room to check in as soon as possible.
the rooms were killed, they waited 30 minutes for check-in, as Anna works slowly. The breakfasts are so-so, porridge on the water.
Two nights of nightmare in the STANDARD room (as I understood the cheapest.I paid 4775 rubles, which is not so cheap for me). Honestly, I won't agree to spend the night there for free anymore. It was hot and there was nothing to breathe in the room. The fan did not save!!! The toilet was gurgling all night!!! Well done, the staff : cleanliness, gave the kettle👍
The staff is responsive and adequate.
But the room, in my opinion, looks like a "scoop" room from a century ago, as well as furniture and household appliances. There was no smell of air conditioning, but a fan was offered, but fountains on the territory at the entrance. Basically, we only slept there after walking around the city and sightseeing.
We were looking for an apartment on the day of check-in, but everything more or less affordable and close to the center was occupied. We booked an Intourist, arrived three hours later and checked in. The standard double room cost quite a budget. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the linen is pleasant, clean towels, there are bath accessories, the refrigerator is small, but it cools well (which is often rare) and there is even a small freezer. The TV is old, but it works decently. The view from the window of the city is gorgeous. The breakfasts are quite tolerable. We haven't tried any dinners. It's quiet, the neighbors can only be heard through the door to the hallway. The furniture is the simplest, but there is enough of it. Of the minuses: in the morning the sun is out the window, there are no air conditioners and fans, so on a hot summer day it is stuffy and hot before lunch, but as soon as the sun crosses the zenith, it is quite possible with the window open. Conclusion: it's quite decent for a few days, a gorgeous location - the whole center is within walking distance. Near the shopping center, market, many cafes, a park by the river. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the fortress, -2 rubles by taxi. But it will not work for adherents of a high level of convenience and service.
In the photo, the view from the window
Good location in the city. We got a room renovated "a la" 90e. The TV didn't work, and the toilet drain didn't work either. But the view from the 10th floor is gorgeous. In short, it will go to spend the night. They gave away 58 local rubles. The staff except the reception was not seen.
We were on tour, we lived in this hotel on the 3rd floor. Old Soviet department numbers. A room for two. The wallpaper is worn in places where furniture has been standing for a very long time. A table or countertop, I don't even know how to say from wall to wall under the window is a long table type, on it is an old small color TV. 2 beds (clean, white linen) , 2 chairs, refrigerator. There is Wi-Fi. A bathtub from Soviet times, also poorly painted.... It felt like the cleanser was poured, but they forgot to wash it off. It turned out that these divorces are for centuries. Two towels, soap and shower gel are provided from the accessories... The next day, they reported a new one, they didn't give me slippers, even though they asked for them. They were looking for hot water, it turned out there was only cold water in the cooler on the floor, the maid brought a kettle to the room. The price included breakfast... One day it was very meager (sausage, omelet and tea), the other day, there was even coffee, sandwiches with cheese and sausage, boiled egg, butter and oatmeal.
Clean, but shabby furniture. There is a bidet, but no bathrobes) parking is available, but it is packed with local visitors to the pizzeria. Breakfast was not taken.
We stayed one night. An old Soviet-era hotel. Tired plumbing, a bathtub, a TV with a kinescope. But everything is clean and tidy. You can sleep on the beds. The staff is polite and welcoming. The price is consistent.
An ordinary hotel, it does not pull into the "intourist" category. The breakfast is very poor, there is no choice. There is no parking for cars, only paid parking or "any free space not marked with signs". Upon check-in, the receptionist "forgot" that the breakfasts were paid for, and only after our persistent reminder were breakfast coupons issued.
The room is nice, clean, the TV remote did not work, but it does not matter, it's a pity that breakfast is not included, for business travelers this is a minus.
The star is rather "minus one" than one(((
Towels alone are worth a lot - dirty rags (
It is clear that once it was a good-quality Soviet hotel, but it was a long time ago…
Of the advantages - the location in the center and the availability of Parking, this is where it all ends 🤷🏼♀️
It is not recommended . The rooms are poorly cleaned, so badly that a bottle of vodka was not found behind the curtain. Personal fine for that and three stars
Excellent, the room is clean, soap and soap accessories and a full set of towels. A large bed with pleasantly smelling linen. Breakfast is included in the room rate.

It's time to tell you about this high-tech complex:
1. Rooms - significant differences in the condition of the room depending on the floor.
2. It is always clean, but an urn measuring 20 by 30 cm is installed in the room, a 0.5 bottle can no longer fit
3. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant 👍
4. Location 👍👍
5. Staff 👍👍👍
6. As a result : 👍👍👍👍/5
I rented a room for 58 rubles, it's clear that you shouldn't expect anything from him, but it felt like I was back in the 80s, everything was shabby, hollow, the only plus is the cafe downstairs, you can have breakfast in the morning, I don't know how the rest of the rooms are, but cheap, I don't recommend this hotel
Terrible hotel in rooms with 3-5 floors of spiders. The administration does not respond after numerous complaints, they said to just kill with a slipper. Torn and dirty linen and curtains are also in the dining room anti-sanitation staff is polite but can't do anything.
It's terrible, we lived on the 3rd floor in room 316 for 1 night with a tour group. The condition of the rooms is just a quiet horror, stripped and dirty wallpaper, peeling off somewhere.Only one plus is the normal breakfasts and lunches.
The mattress is terrible. It's time to change. I got windows on the road, the noise of cars and motorcycles until three in the morning, if you close it, it's hot. The bathroom is normal.
It is a pity that such good and friendly people work in such an outdated hotel! Obviously , money has not been invested in it for a long time . The furniture is old, the curtains and windows are dirty, cobwebs and spiders. In comparison with private hotels, this one certainly loses decently , only the name is loud . Be prepared to get to the USSR
For its price, a good hotel, we arrived at 3 a.m. and were settled in without any problems. The room is furnished with old furniture, but clean and with a good view from the window. There is a disposable set of shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom, there was no hair dryer in our room. On the downside, at 7:30 we were woken up by knocks on the door to ask when to clean the room (it was very difficult for us), there are no do not disturb signs in the room.
