There may not always be a kettle in the room. Otherwise, it's not even bad. Every time I go to Brest for a night, I stop there. The comparison is not great. But compared to the hotel "Belarus"! It's chic) Who wants to change the budget " relatively", I highly recommend
A large hotel, many rooms. Everything is neat and clean. Wi-Fi is available. There is nothing to watch from the cons of 12 TV channels, it would be possible to connect satellite or cable.
We rented a 2-bed room. It has been well renovated, has a kettle, TV and air conditioning. The rooms are cleaned every day. The staff is polite and ready to help.
Very wonderful! It's nice to visit and see and join the beautiful and mysterious! The beautiful, unique nature of the Perm region! I would like to come many times!
Plus there is only 1 this is a convenient location.
Then there are some disadvantages: the quality of the rooms: If you're lucky, you may get a normal one, or maybe a very Soviet one.
The tub is yellow, I noticed cockroaches there.
Ventilation in the mold.
If you want to live in an embrace with bugs and spiders, then you need an Intourist
The tea in the dining room is just terrible.

We spent two nights in two different rooms because there was no way to stay in one. The first room was cozy, well renovated, and the other night there were two old beds, old wallpaper that was 30 years old, and the interior was the same, plus a bathtub and a pistachio toilet. The staff are all very friendly and ready to help. The food is delicious in the restaurant on the 2nd floor. Well, one more minus is that the scream of vacationers in the club can be heard from the windows .
Very cozy room on the 9th floor, clean, snow-white towels, bathrobes. There is a kettle, refrigerator, LCD TV in the room (there are only 7 white channels, so take a USB stick))
The impression was slightly spoiled by the girl at the reception, who endlessly chatters on the phone, not paying attention to the customers who came up. In general, it is very good.
Of the 4 hotels in different cities, I probably liked it the most. Modern reception (compared to classmates by *), there is breakfast on the 1st floor, it was quite warm in the room (there was no heating anywhere else at the beginning of May), a shared balcony on the floor where you can smoke. The room is quite normal. But for paid parking, there is definitely a minus: no asphalt, no exit in the evening through the hotel, and walking around for 3-5 minutes, you could park right at the entrance for free. By the way, nearby (within 100m) there turned out to be a great place where you can eat delicious food.
The hotel doesn't even have stars. It's a complete disgrace. Everything is broken, nothing works, no one knows anything. We will wait and hope for changes for the better
It's not a bad hotel in principle. There are both pros and cons.
Pros: the location of the hotel is convenient (15-20 minutes walk to the fortress, a pedestrian street where there is something to see, especially a lamplighter lighting streetlights - very romantic and unusual, there are many branded shops, and of course places where you can eat). The staff is responsive, all our questions were resolved quickly. At our request, we were given a kettle, an extension cord, and a fan.
Of the cons: upon check-in, we got a very smoky room, but at our request, we were changed to a room where it was not smoky. On some floors, the old hotel stock (appliances, furniture, doors, beds) also leaves much to be desired plumbing. We got a bathtub in which the water drained badly (a little unpleasant).
Well, in general, the hotel is good. Put things in order a little, clean the plumbing and there will be 5 stars.
It's simple, but everything you need is available. Cleanliness, on average, is fine. Convenient location. The hefty reel on the key is annoying, you have to hand it over. Without air conditioning, of course, it's creepy.
A wonderful hotel. 3 stars are justified. We took a double room, superior with air conditioning. The room is neat, the bed linen and towels are clean. Nice staff. The breakfasts are good too. For breakfast, you need to choose 1 of 3 options.
A super hotel in Brest! Clean, cozy, everything is nearby, the city center, there is a place to walk and a lot of things to see nearby! On the ground floor there is a chic nightclub 18+... ;)
The hall looks good, as do the corridors, but the rooms... the fact that there is already a renovation in the corridor is already good. But still, it's worth paying attention to the numbers, you don't risk entering the bathroom without slippers, unless, of course, you are immortal. And so it's quite a good place. You can stay for one night
The hotel is very well located. The prices are very adequate. The rooms are clean and tidy. The staff is polite and hospitable.
We had not booked anything before, but arrived and, in fact, checked into available rooms (it was September 6).
The rooms are clean, the furniture is new, the location is excellent, almost the center, but poor sound insulation, noise from the street did not let you sleep until 5 am, near the casino and nightclub, noise, screams until the morning.
We stayed for 3 nights. Upon request, a baby cot was provided for a child under 3 years old. I liked the location next to Sovetskaya, it's a pleasure to walk there in the evening.
Garbage was cleaned every day, vacuumed if necessary. I liked it, next time I'll come here too)
This hotel does not know about room cleaning at all. There is dust and leftovers under the beds, someone's hair is on the old bedding, the pillows are all stained, everything in the bathroom is dirty black, it's scary to touch, the curtains are fungal. Faucets are flowing, there are no slippers, no hygiene kits, no tea set, a TV from the 90s with 6 channels, cotton mattresses in beds that creak incredibly. Rusty water is flowing from the faucet.
In a word, everything is terrible! We took the average room for 78 bel.rub., but it's not worth it.
We stayed at the hotel for 1 night on October 28-29 with a children's group. I had a single number. The room has a bed, a sofa, a TV stand, a wardrobe. It looks more like a dorm than a hotel. No three stars.
One of the advantages of the hotel is the location. Near the pedestrian street Soveiskaya and a large shopping center.
Everything else is cons:
The room is cold, the windows are blown, the batteries do not work.
There is a prehistoric chandelier on the ceiling, in which one of the three lamps works. The sconce on the wall is hanging on snot and does not work. The room is as dark as a basement.
The walls are cardboard. You can hear the neighbors behind the wall and everything that is happening in the corridor.
The TV is a pot-bellied square with ripples on the screen. The remote doesn't work.
In principle, if you just spend the night, it's fine. The bed is clean, the bed does not creak, there is a toilet and hot water. For more time - I would never have agreed.
Excellent location, reasonable prices. Standard rooms (not suites) leave much to be desired, or rather the room itself is normal, but the bathroom and toilet are just terrible, everything is old and dirty.
In general, it's not bad, there is a 24-hour lobby bar, they were allowed to leave things before check-in, but the impression was spoiled by the check-in itself: the room was not cleaned (although when we went for a walk, the room was still cleaned, but the impression was spoiled).
Nice hotel, renovated, clean, comfortable, bed and linen are good. Quietly.
Among the disadvantages - the restaurant is open only until 6 p.m. (they write that it is temporary), the range of dishes is small, but everything is high-quality and delicious.
I recommend.
A disgusting hotel. The first number was not removed from the word at all. Changed to another, dirt under the bed, saucers are greasy, taps are falling off, the bathtub is dirty.
I lived in Intourist for several days.
Nearby is Sovetskaya pedestrian street, a landmark of Brest.
The Fortress is five minutes away by car.
The hotel is good and the prices are affordable, in many it is more expensive to stay.
I took the room obviously without air conditioning, but with the windows open it was comfortable even in the heat (the windows overlook the Central Store, the sun only gets in the morning), I didn't even turn on the fan. There is a kettle, but no cup))) just a glass cup. There is a cooler with cold water and disposable cups in the lobby on the floor. There is a refrigerator, a TV, a closet with 2 hangers (+2 blankets and a spare pillow in the closet). The bed is wide (although there was a single bed in the description of the room) - this is a plus, but the bathroom designer has to burn in hell, because you need to climb a step to the shower cabin, and the toilet is installed on an elevation without support under your feet - the step from the shower cabin helped (but only sit sideways). It was 3 nights, on the 1st day I only asked to take out the trash, on the 2nd day the trash was full, soap / gel / shampoo was not brought that day. The towels have not been changed once. I think the cleaning issue would be solved if I could find a maid and ask, but this is not the norm. The plumbing is all working, only the water goes out badly in the shower. There is no smell of mold. For your money (50 BEL rubles / day) is quite an option.
The room is clean, everything is there and disposable slippers and a toothbrush, a hair dryer. The bed is clean, snow-white. Tableware- wine glasses and glasses made of crystal, it's so nice that it's not ordinary glass
In principle, you can live)
Advantages of ++
Cozy, the bed is reading, the mattress, the pillow is soft, comfortable, the towels are good, the view is beautiful, there is a kettle and a refrigerator))
Excellent art gallery))
Cons -
The TV is old
Dust on furniture
Dirt under the beds
There was also a hat lying behind the bed in cobwebs and dust...
Good hotel, location in the city center, reasonable prices, friendly staff, modest but fresh renovation. The only Soviet-built building that is not quite adapted to today's needs in terms of the number and location of sockets for charging gadgets
An acceptable hotel, there is a Restaurant where you can have breakfast within 10-15 rubles, it's expensive or cheap for you to decide, but the feeling of hunger will definitely not bother. Minus - repairs are underway on some floors, which is inconvenient in terms of strong noise from the perforator. Otherwise, everything is fine, not super, but you can spend a couple of nights.
I stayed at this hotel on May 11, 2024, the rooms are dirty and dusty. The repair is old. Of the advantages, only the location. Breakfast and lunch were included, I did not like the food and service at all, there was the same salad for breakfast and lunch, I was not in other hotels in Brest, but I do not recommend this one.
Very nice hotel
You get more than you paid for.
New renovation and convenient location in the center of Brest.
There are no disposable slippers. This is rather a failure of managers. It's a pity the rug and the white room. It's worth putting sneakers in the rooms anyway.
If you need to spend an inexpensive night in Brest, then this option is ideal. Well, the price per room is quite consistent with the condition of the room. The Intourist Hotel is a typical Soviet-era hotel, actually both from the outside and inside. But we must pay tribute - the rooms are clean. The hotel is actually located in the historical center - not far from the pedestrian Sovetskaya street, the city embankment, and just a couple of kilometers from the Brest Fortress, which is definitely a plus. Due to the relatively low price and location, the hotel is very popular among children's sports teams and children's tour groups. If you are "lucky" to be on the same floor with such a group, then noise, hubbub, running around until midnight and knocking on the door at 6:30 in the morning are guaranteed to you. The upper floors offer a beautiful view of the city 🌆

A hotel with a touch of the USSR.
Small rooms with a slightly tired renovation, but with a view of the Brest Fortress and Poland)
The noise insulation of the rooms leaves much to be desired ...
Located next to the pedestrian Sovetskaya Street and a 30-minute walk from the Fortress.
Not very diverse, but delicious and hearty breakfasts.
Convenient location, Parking is available, but you will have to pay extra for it. The prices are affordable. Breakfasts and lunches are complex, although three options are stated, but in fact one and a half or two options. But they cook delicious and inexpensive. Double rooms without air conditioning. the TV is old, but it shows fine. There is a small refrigerator. The rooms are cleaned. We came across a room with a funny toilet - the distance from the edge of the toilet to the wall is no more than 20 cm, so not even every child will sit down normally, and adults can only sit sideways)))
I liked the service and the friendly attitude of the staff. It really feels like home. Minus one- it's dusty in the room, there are nuances with cleaning. Perhaps because of the influx of visitors. The location is excellent
It's a decent alternative if you don't want to huddle in hostels with a bunch of people. Surprisingly, I liked the cheapest room the most (it seemed the most cozy and clean)
A simple room, there is everything you need. Towels, bed, beds- everything is decent.Parking for a car at the hotel. We asked for a kettle in advance, and it was already in the room when we arrived.
