We spent the night with my husband from 03/31/2014, took a two-room double room on the 8th floor. We were pleasantly surprised, after reading various reviews, by the room.
A large flat-screen TV with lots of channels, a sofa, armchairs, a refrigerator - this is the first room. The second room has a large bed, very comfortable with snow-white linen, good sound insulation of the walls. There are disposable sets and towels in the bathroom. There were also disposable slippers. The bathtub itself is not new, but it is quite possible to take a shower. There are three breakfast options to choose from. The food is excellent, fresh cheese and ham. Coffee from the coffee machine, very good. There was also a kettle and water in the room, and a water cooler on the floor.

I was in the beautiful city of Brest this weekend. I spent the night in Intourist Brest. In a superior single room. Very nice room. Quiet. Clean. Everything you need is there (although a teapot in the room would not hurt). Wonderful staff, sincerely caring about the guests. Very tasty breakfasts in the lobby bar. There is a luggage storage if you need to leave things after vacating the room. I really liked everything. I am sure that I will come more than once!

The two-room suite looked decent, BUT....the glass shelves with dishes are covered with a layer of dust, there is no coffee, only tea, and the funny thing is that there are no sockets, but there is a hairdryer. I had to turn off the refrigerator from the extension cord and plug in the hair dryer... away from the mirror. Mattresses are very hard. My back hurt in the morning. Parking is paid. When I am in Brest, I have to rent a hotel and always try to rent a room in an Intourist if there are places.
I like the location, cleanliness, and for those who have free pocket money, there is a Casino on the ground floor (poker, roulette, slot machines).

The hotel has an excellent location (1-2 km to the Fortress and 400 meters to the street with lanterns). Polite staff, delicious cuisine in the lobby bar (up to 10 rubles for lunch and breakfast), bright rooms. The availability of parking spaces is also pleasing. 42 rubles for a place in a double room, lived 05.2023.
Minor disadvantages: the water in the shower and sink drains very badly, the dumpster / bucket is literally 3 liters.
In general, a great option for living, I recommend it!!!

The terrible condition of the room. Dead furniture, plumbing. There has been no repair for 20 years. Dirty Windows, dead flies on the windowsill. The TV is huge and old and does not work. There are 2 sockets for the whole room. The curtains are dirty. There is no air conditioner, and the window can't even be opened properly. Only one window opens, out of two possible ones. We arrived at this hotel with a class, there were no special expectations, but what happened turned out to be a complete disappointment. It is clear that the rooms were inexpensive, but this does not give the right: do not clean, do not replace broken fixtures, faucets, etc.
And now about everything in order, as soon as we checked in, an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom immediately hit our nose, it smelled as if someone had died right there. The bathtub itself is very dirty, as is the toilet, which for some reason is located close to the wall. By the way, someone did die in this room, and it's not even my nerve cells, but a cockroach under the bedside table.
This problem was not only in our room, people constantly complained about dirt, broken lights, lack of fans, which are located in each room by poking (one of the identical rooms could be missing things that are in the second)
I will not even talk about the dust that was everywhere.
I wanted to find the advantages in this hotel and noticed the kettle, but the trouble is - it has mold and it is as dirty as everything here, including the windows.
Bottom line: it is better to overpay and reach interesting objects by yourself than to live in such conditions

About the hotel... Parking is spontaneous, there are no places if you drive up on a weekday. There is a toll booth nearby. We had a two-room room. Mud, mud everywhere! The room has a terrible smell and stuffiness. There is a huge layer of dust under the bed, cockroaches are running around in the rooms. The reception is rude, the cleaners do not change the bed, only remove the garbage from the trash. Sovkovaya Hotel , some of the staff seemed to have remained from the USSR. A number with a stretch of three. The most adequate employee for the entire stay is one of the men from the Security Service. At the reception: a young girl-she doesn't care at all, and an older woman-if she gives the room key (and this is an ancient key, and not an electronic one), she does it with such a look that it feels like a tub of slop has been poured out.
They don't like to change towels, the noise from the street is just terrible. The windows are the cheapest (apparently) the sound of rain does not muffle, but enhances the feeling that these drops are knocking on the head.
