The call center can't get through, you come to them, they say our phones are working. There was a case, they fell ill with covid at the end of July, they did not take calls to the call center, I went down to them in a mask and gloves, I say I want to take a PCR test. They replied that they would wait for the mobile group to arrive the next day in the morning. Ok! I have been waiting since 8 a.m., I have not been there for 12, I call the call center constantly asking for my iin, full name, phone number and so on five times as I got through. I didn't get it. As a result, I went and paid for it. What the fuck is the question of such a service and such services for my money? I'm going back to the state polyclinic! And avoid this charade, it's better to stay in the state polyclinic, even though they give diluents for covid.
