I called the master to clean the air conditioner (seasonal maintenance, after winter)...I did something, recommended not to turn off and leave the air conditioner running for longer - let it work \ disperse the oil in the compressor, etc. I left it for half a day -the floor of the apartment is in the water \ furniture and appliances are flooded \ damaged ... it turned out they forgot to clean the drain pipes... I do not recommend it

Hello, dear seekers of a specialized, conscientious and competent service center! The SC is the most terrible I have ever met !!!!!!! For a very long time, the equipment is under diagnosis and repair, incompetence of staff, poor-quality repair of equipment, "hanging noodles on the ears of the client" in order to shift the blame on him (the client).My device stayed with them for ~ 3 months, while I brought it back four times after allegedly repairing it after a maximum of 3 days.So it doesn't work for me until now-I'm trying to return it to the store! P.S.Now, before I buy, I ask in which shopping center the service takes place!!!!!
