The day before, I ordered flowers from them with delivery, they were supposed to be delivered at 8:30 to the address, they are not there at nine, they do not answer the phones. I went to pick up the flowers myself, I was with them at half past eight, the bouquet had not yet been collected. I wanted the money paid the day before to be returned, they replied that there was no cash register yet and that you would come later in the evening, but you need a bouquet and you need to congratulate the girl. In general, I made them make a bouquet, they did, brought it, presented it, half of the flowers withered until the evening. Bottom line: I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!! they treat the client as if I have to do everything for them and kiss their ass. The flowers are not fresh, the service is zero.
