In November 2023, the leg of the bed that was purchased at Smadshop broke, I wrote to the support of the manufacturer's store, they told me that they could send the leg for free, you just need to notify the store about it, and where you bought the bed. I wrote to Smadshop, and they replied that the leg was ordered and it would arrive.
After almost 5 months, the support stopped responding to my messages, I had to come to the store in person. And when I asked where the leg was and if I could pick it up, they didn't answer me, but then a woman from the customer service department called the phone and said that they could order the leg, but it would be for a FEE.
That is, I have to pay for what the BED MANUFACTURERS have already sent me for free, and you just had to deliver as promised.
Disgusting service, I do not recommend contacting this store to anyone, and I will give everyone I know an example of your work with customers so that they never order anything from you.
