We ordered a wheelchair with sanitary equipment Optim FS692 .They were delivered on time, as agreed, but upon inspection they found a factory defect. By calling the number given in the online store "nevo.by ", we agreed to replace the defective bushing, but later the numbers became unavailable, no one answers. An unreliable online store. I will contact the Department of Services and Trade for consumer protection. I do not advise contacting this store.
