They sold a defective pot. They initially refused to exchange for a new one even on the day of receipt of the goods, although the website says that the exchange is possible within 14 days. They said that I would still not be able to prove that the pan was defective. The new pan that was sent, although better than the first one, is still of inadequate quality.
