I ordered and paid for a potted hydrangea as a wedding gift to my mother at the florist...Previously, I had repeatedly used the services of this store, everything seemed to be fine...and then during the day, when the delivery was carried out, my order was transferred from performer to performer in the end, after e-mail correspondence and numerous calls, it turned out that hydrangeas were not from the word at all...As an alternative, I chose begonia and asked for the difference in cost (2 tr) to be returned...They promised...and apparently they safely forgot...The next day, I asked by e-mail about the fate of the order, for which the next performer informed me that there were no begonias, but there was another flower and sent me a photo of it on Whatsapp....Well, in the absence of a "stamp", they write and Agreed to a "simple" Difference of 700 rubles, the contractor did not return, arguing that the aggregator keeps 10% of the cost for itself...The order was promised to be delivered within a day...They haven't brought it yet
