I strongly do NOT recommend it! The online store itself is not bad, there is a fairly minimal description, for some items the prices are lower. But everything is completely negated by the human factor.
Further along the points:
1. The product (order No. 60954) is not reserved, after ordering on the website, the manager (Victoria) called back and said that all the goods are in stock, and upon receipt of the parcel it turns out that one product is already missing - other managers sold it after my order. There was no call or SMS about the order change.
2. As already mentioned below, the shipment takes a very long time, in my case a week. Although the New Post Office said that it was delivered in one day. So, if someone needs it quickly, look for other options.
3. The delivery note was not put on, who has a lot of goods in the order, take a list with you in advance to check the availability of goods, suddenly some have already been sold.
4. They do not admit their mistakes and do not want to correct them. I had to call and figure it out for several days. At the same time, I heard in response (manager Slavik): "We're figuring it out, you'll get a call back in 5 minutes."
5. They may dump customers who are too insistently interested in their paid order. Easily verified by calling from another number
I can't recommend it. Despite the fact that the online store itself is quite convenient and with a good choice, the service leaves much to be desired. As already mentioned in another review, I also made an advance payment of a meager 64 UAH. + 2 UAH. transfer fees, because the store cannot accept more than 100 UAH to the Private account and the client cannot pay the entire amount at once. They do not ship without prepayment. But that's okay. It has already been 2 days, the status of the order has not changed after payment, everything is also "accepted". I decided to call back myself. They just lied to me that they were going to send it on the same day, on Thursday, but they would tell me the invoice number only on Friday evening, because the invoices were delivered to them the next day (this is despite the fact that New Mail has been processing everything online for years and the invoice numbers are assigned instantly). Well, OK, it's already Friday evening, it's clear that no one sent anything on Thursday and no one sent me anything. Here is such a service.
What can I say? It is not enough to make a technically good store, it is important to establish a normal service, not to be petty and not to consider customers as idiots. I don't recommend it yet. I needed a tool this week. Not fate.
