It's a good place to buy several imported products. Shop assistants are usually friendly and helpful. There's a coffee shop inside the supermarket where you can enjoy a cuppa with something yummy from the bakery.
I wish they sold loose lemongrass so that I could buy it for my Tom Yum.

Good shop that sells a variety of imported food. And they've got a fresh fish stall.
Service could improve I suppose as it's more expensive compared to other grocery shops in Astana. For example, they could pack my purchases for me instead of my doing it.

Interfood is a pleasant place to visit. Great pastries. The range of products is pleasantly surprising and, of course, their quality.
However, the price tag for these same products is sometimes off the charts. The price of dried fruits and vegetables looks as if each package or piece was individually brought from the field, from the tree, from the garden. Toothpaste and soap, judging by the price tag, are generally made in single copies and most likely by hundreds of specialists. It's the same with the dishes.
Well, I think the owners themselves understand that something is wrong, apparently so-so.
And therefore, even if you get into the store and purchase something, cashiers without constant service skills do everything very slowly and not very professionally, and even a queue of two people may form.

Very tasty pastries!! Baursaks are the most delicious in the city and buns with apple filling, awesome and croissants with chocolate and condensed milk! 😋. There is always a large assortment of cheeses and sausages, the tableware department is pleased: there are a lot of interesting interior items, tea sets, wooden boards. Department with chocolates . Everything seems to be clean and bright, there are many different departments, and there are things for the house, and dishes, and ordinary grocery items. Yes, it is a little more expensive than in a simpler store, but there is more choice in one place.
BUT chance discouraged me from buying something here: they took the goods in the hall, the sticker with the price tag on it is the same as it hangs on the shelf. And at the checkout, the price broke through a little more than TWICE as expensive. To the puzzled question to the cashier, "how does it work like this?", they just innocently batted their eyelashes at me and said, "well, you see now, the price is like this, only the right prices are at the checkout." And then they tore off the price tag from the product, I didn't even have time to pick it up.
Just the baffling audacity. Then why do the price tags in the hall at all, if there is a product of 6000 tenge, and at the checkout it sharply becomes more than 15... My husband told me to take it anyway, but I'm too much... filled up to swear.
In my presence, as soon as the error was discovered, immediately tear off the price tag. Not even to apologize and not to admit, and not to correct in the hall, so that there would not be such a surprise in the receipt for others, okay, I watched when punching and immediately saw, they could still refuse.
We just moved into a house nearby, went in for the first time and got this. I don't want to anymore, I'm going to another store on principle.

A good supermarket. I love it because, although it is not so huge and it does not have an abundance and wide selection of products, there are always some special products in it, copies of which are not found anywhere else (after all, the assortment of all supermarkets is almost the same). I am glad that there are no huge queues at the checkout. Prices are slightly above average. But I recommend taking a look. I assure you, once you come, you will come again

Take a closer look at the shelf life of the products. I have been to this store only 2 times and both times I got overdue on the shelves. Prices are above average. Clear. There are no people. There are mainly 1-2 ticket offices. There are no queues. It is at the checkout that Union Pay cards are accepted. It's convenient. There is also a meat department in the store itself, where payment is made separately, only for their products on their counter. They also gave me expired sausages there, but I noticed it already at home. I hoped that the seller was watching the expiration dates. But that was not the case. She was probably watching how to get rid of the delay as soon as possible. Although the woman is very sweet and smiling. Apparently, everything is not sincere. UP cards are not accepted at this meat counter.

The only departments that still have imported products, although few, are the department of fast breakfast, sweets, cookies, tea and other drinks. I recommend taking the German brand Liebnz from the cookies. Very tasty!
