One of the most prestigious hotels. Many presidents have stayed there. I was not in the rooms, but in general the atmosphere is respectable, but it does not put pressure on luxury and pomposity. About 15 years ago, the Arabs bought it and instead of the usual trees, they stuck bamboo in front of the entrance. Otherwise, everything is fine.
