Great hotel! It is a 3-minute walk from the sea. Polite staff. There are all necessary hygiene supplies.
Excellent breakfasts.
Massage at the spa is beyond praise. We were lucky enough to be alone in the sauna and pool.
There was a cake waiting for me in my room on my birthday.

A great hotel in the city center.
Everything is within walking distance, good breakfast, delicious coffee.
Comfortable pillows, mattress, good cosmetics.
I lowered the star for the restaurant on the ground floor - sooooo long service, the food is good, not wow.
There is also no lobby bar - also a minus

Nice hotel.
Positive:
- Location in the city center, it is easy to walk to all the attractions located in the center.
- friendly staff;
- comfortable bed, clean room, plenty of space;
- quickly clean the room;
Minuses:
- we wanted to order an egg Benedict said that you need to press for a long time, specifying how much they answered 20 minutes.
- I wanted to try jam with walnuts, there were no nuts in the vessel filled to the brim with liquid))
- breakfast in general is 4 with a minus. It seems like a lot of things have been put up, but in fact there is not much.

A very disappointing hotel.
A room for two days cost 1164 manats, while the air conditioning system did not work correctly in the room. When the air conditioner was turned on for heat, it gave out cold air. I contacted the hotel staff for two days with a request to fix it, but unfortunately the problem was not solved. The cherry on the cake was a visit to our room by the manager on duty at 22:20, who wanted to personally verify the operation of the air conditioning system with an offer to wait another 40 minutes until everything works.
The big disadvantage of the hotel is not high-quality room cleaning. We found hair and dirt in the bathroom.
Low customer orientation negates all the advantages of the hotel.

Complaint about the Hotel!(!)
The InterContinental Baku is such a cool hotel and rooms in it that I absolutely did not want to walk around the city and because of this I saw few sights!
I sat in the room, drank delicious tea, lay on the air bed and went 2 times a day to the pool with sauna!
And now I miss you!!!and you will have to take tickets again to return!♡

I thank all the staff for a wonderful stay and hospitality.
I liked everything very much, formula 1 + arrived at night, there were no rooms available, as a result, they called to sort out the room and check in at about 9:00 in the morning. I also worked constantly, they gave me a key to the 7th floor so that I could work there with sweets.
