Overall, the hotel is very good. Beach, food, room..everything is fine... but...there is a nuance...the water in the sea is closely fenced....and you can walk to the end of the buoys...and not to swim...it is not clear why this is so...it resembles a children's paddling pool.... and then how and where to swim? And the second question....They came with their son, a teenager, to the spa....included free of charge in the accommodation, sauna, steam sauna (hammam), Jacuzzi...and the guy wasn't allowed to come with me...his parent... supposedly the concept of the hotel...only since the age of 18...this is strange...paid for a teenager as an adult, he's with me...and they let me into the sauna.... and him...Sit and wait in the hallway...A strange vacation...contacting the reception....it did not bring any result....
Otherwise...the hotel is very good in everything...I boldly recommend it...especially with families with young children....

Great hotel. Especially for Jordan. The place is good. You can swim and go to the city and go to Petra.. It is not dangerous for Russians, the main thing is not to speak Hebrew and Mov.
We visited this hotel from 26.01 to 2.02.2020.
The hotel is on a solid 5* Pleasant landscaped area, very beautiful. The room has excellent bed linen, bathrobes and slippers, hairdryer, safe, large plasma TV (3 Russian channels). During our stay, the hotel was not crowded, which was good news. The food is decent (the menu changed every day, except for breakfast), you will not stay hungry. The beach is clean, there are enough sunbeds. Room cleaning and bed linen change every 2 days, the staff is friendly.
Minuses:there is no Russian-speaking staff, no entertainment.
In general, the hotel is excellent, we took breakfast + dinner and did not lose, There is no hotel as such, the issuance of alcohol by checks, 2 cans of beer and a glass of wine.... That's the whole point
A normal hotel, one of the few complexes located on the first line in the city. The territory is well maintained, there are many different pools, including heated ones. A good "beach bar", the beach is clean, wide, with soft sun loungers and awnings.
Good, varied breakfasts and dinners, a 24-hour spa, a well-equipped gym. The staff is helpful and smiling.
In general, a good "five", but Arabic) Gloss is not enough, but, in principle, it should not be expected in Jordan 😉
It takes 3 minutes from the hotel to the beach, the beach is convenient, there are always free sun beds, the Dinning all day restaurant is inferior to the restaurants of 5* hotels in Greece and Turkey in terms of assortment, the rooms are quiet, there is no loud music day or night.
I was very pleased with the friendly staff. A good hotel, excellent attitude to children, my daughter turned three years old, so they baked her a cake with the number three and sang a song to all the staff. It was very emotional and pleasant
The hotel is a solid 5-ka!
For a family relaxing holiday with children..
The youth will be bored somehow
And so everything is on the level!
The rooms have everything you need!
The staff is smiling and always ready to help.
The cooks are very welcoming.
I will definitely come back here

Recommend. A very nice hotel. We lived in it for a week. There are no complaints.Aerobatics is in the service, in the cleaning of rooms. And just in hospitality. And the territory, and the beach!!!!! A solid five.
The sea is super, the room service is good, the food is varied Only Thursday- Saturday when the locals come for the weekend, alcohol vouchers need to be begged at the reception, the service limps up to 5, but there is no choice in Aqaba. For holidays with children in November is the best.
