A very tired hotel. The air conditioner couldn't handle it, it was very noisy. I had to turn it off at night because of the noise, then turn it on again in the morning because of the heat in the room. They were tormented. Otherwise-bathrobes, slippers, accessories-everything is OK. The bed is moderately soft, the pillows are too small. The price/ quality does not match.

Location, service, kitchen, at a height. There are problems with parking, but this is usually during large events such as conferences. On the upper floors there is a beautiful hall with a wonderful view of the mountains.

Yes, this is one of the best hotels I've been to! And I've been to a lot of places! Huge rooms, cleaning twice a day, and most importantly - there is a sheet for snatching in addition to a blanket. In most hotels it is very hot in a blanket, without it it is cold. The beds are very comfortable. A wonderful breakfast, even with caviar and champagne.

Excellent hotel in the upper part of Almaty. The windows offer a magnificent view of the mountains. On weekends, the hotel regularly hosts various programs for families. The favorite place of the American Embassy for organizing special events. There is a gift shop, a pastry shop, and a number of jewelry stores.

Beautiful interiors of the lobby and rooms. Friendly staff. Excellent choice of breakfast dishes. Delicious cuisine in the restaurant on the 11th floor (it seems, M). I want to come back :)

Great hotel. There is a 24-hour front desk, high-quality breakfasts, clean rooms, a lot of hygienic things in the room. The staff is very polite. One of the disadvantages is that there is a little fungus in the corners of the bathroom.
