A great hotel! The rooms are comfortable, tastefully decorated, the service is at the highest level, there is a very rich assortment of dishes for breakfast, the location is excellent, the atmosphere is cozy. I really liked the club on the top floor, leather walls, cozy atmosphere, luxury tableware, buffet, hot dishes, salads, pastries, dessert, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, pleasant music, you can relax over dinner in the company of business partners or friends. The staff is very friendly.

The biggest disadvantage is the lack of early breakfasts at the check-out, which is very disappointing, there is boiling water with tea bags, a kind of sandwiches, and something else.… It would be better if there was nothing at all, with such a gorgeous service, it would be inappropriate to offer such a "breakfast"! I took off the star, only for the lack of early breakfasts for travelers.

But there are also disadvantages: the rooms are very tired and they urgently need repairs. You won't look at the carpet without tears, the plumbing is also not in the best condition. The hotel is in the style of the good old Intercontinental. A lot of wood, yellow metal and carpets, glass elevators in the atrium, a cozy lobby, a spacious parking lot, spacious halls for celebrations and conferences, a large restaurant, a good bar.
The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the plumbing is a little old-fashioned, there are mountains or a park from the window (and also the long-suffering Almaty Akimat ...).
The breakfasts and banquet service were pleasantly surprised, delicious and varied.
The staff is neat, polite and friendly, this applies to all categories of employees.
