I would like to express my deep gratitude to the manager Tatyana Lakhmakova for the professional organization of the tour to Turkey in Kemer. Special thanks to Tatiana for the highest professionalism, sociability, politeness, and individual approach. I organized the tour quickly, all documents and tickets were issued on time, nothing was required of me during the preparation process, all our needs were taken into account. Tatiana accompanied us on Viber until our arrival. We rested at the Fame Beach 4* hotel, the hotel is very decent, 1 coastline, the sea is calm, transparent, warm, the food is varied with the organization of evening leisure. The region is mountainous, it fascinates with its unique nature, air, greenery. Only the warmest memories of the holiday remain. Come, relax and get only pleasant emotions! I would like to sincerely thank Intercity for our magical vacation in the UAE. Special thanks to Tatiana Lakhmakova for the highest professionalism, responsiveness, patience, attention and real care throughout our interaction. On the very first day, when booking a ticket, it turned out that the program had failed and it was impossible to book a tour. Tatiana monitored the work of the program on her day off, booked seats for us and we went on vacation exactly on the dates we wanted. This is the highest level of customer orientation!
