I managed to buy headphones in this store, which were refused with a marriage, and it began: first they were sent to a service center, where they were not accepted, returned to the deputy store. They promised to check it within three days, as a result, he called after 5, said that they would be able to change it next week. A week later it turned out that they still could not change, they would return the money (and during the day they changed their mind several more times: they say they cannot make a refund, because the headphones are already used! Yeah, with marriage). Then they said that they could only return it in cash and you need to go to them and write a statement. Then they assured me that they would send it now or had already sent it. In total, about 20 calls in two weeks, I'm without headphones, which I need for work, I still haven't received money. Think twice before buying something from these people.
