I drove up the next day, they deny their involvement in this. They didn't even want to hear what kind of knock it was. They say to do engine diagnostics for money. I do not advise anyone to go to this service, an outright divorcee P.S. After a couple of hours, I figured out what the problem was. When replacing the cylinder, they removed the air filter housing. I had a leak in the rear left strut of the shock absorber, and no one told me about it. And this is a suspension element. Further. I had breakfast and came for a diagnosis. I described the problem in advance, namely that there is a ninety-hum, 100-110 vibrations that it is impossible to sit. They signed up for the diagnosis of bearings. The front left hub bearing was sentenced. O.K. changed. The problem remains...I called them and sent them saying we can't help them. I drove to another service station, and before my eyes, I saw the backlash of the rear right with my own eyes. The wheel was walking 5 millimeters or even more to the left and right!! The diagnosticians didn't even touch him. Purely with an endoscope. Draw conclusions. UPD. We called the director of the service, without going into great details, and agreed that the elastic couplings on the gimbal would be changed for free at the service. They signed me up for 18.00. I can replace the couplings myself without any problems, but I thought if so, it would be easier from the lift. I arrived at the appointed time, drove the car, and put the couplings in the hands of a "specialist". I ask how he will put them. In response, he mumbles inarticulate. Then he says that he will put it as it stands now. I ask him a question, what if they are wrong now? Mumbles again and aggression begins, saying who are you to teach a professional?! I take the car and refuse to replace it. I kick him out of the box, I call the director. They tell me that they will look at those. They will do the documentation. They called me at 17.00 and asked if I could come earlier. Of course I came. I didn't get an answer to the question of what the "specialists" were doing all this time while I was driving. I heard from the "specialist" that he doesn't have to know everything. In what way... He doesn't even need to know the basics, that the force from the box and from the gearbox must be transferred to the reinforced part of the clutch. And the funniest thing is when they started looking for those. documentation on the installation of couplings on my car, as a result, I was asked if I have the right couplings and if they can be put in the same way, because they did not find in their programs how to put them correctly. These are the "specialists" who service your car there. As I see it, the reviews are generated by the service itself through workers and through acquaintances. My foot won't be there anymore.
