It does not always work to get through to the service station on the 1st attempt, despite the fact that the line is not busy, the call is not waiting, etc. Then, of course, they call back, but, as mentioned above, not everyone knows about the greeting at the beginning of the conversation.
2. I did suspension diagnostics in one shift, the repair went to another shift. During the repair, it turned out that in addition to the steering tip and stabilizer rod, it was necessary to change the ball one. It turns out that they took money for diagnostics, but did not do it efficiently? I didn't argue, I realized that it was useless and that's why
3. Often, when purchasing a spare part, sellers warn that before installing the part, you need to make sure that it fits and only then open the package so that there is no question of a refund. I hoped that the service station should know about this, especially since their store also warns customers about this. It turned out not, they opened it for some reason (although the s/h was in a transparent film), measured it, did not fit. They put another one on. Maybe it's not critical? I agree, but it's not pleasant, especially when they try to indignantly point out to you that this is not our problem at all and "go to where they sold you and deal with them."
