The building was once part of the Diocesan Compound, now the institute of two Yugoslavs who concocted their own alphabet from Latin. The countries that have implemented it suffer as with an inch thread. Letters are periodically excluded from it. The meaning of the word theologians is incomprehensible to me, like a boiled orange. But something important is visible. There was a museum of the Belarusian Military District, and then theologians seized it.
