The store is very good, there are not so many alternatives. I bought winter Martinis for 839 rubles., I am satisfied with everything, there are no complaints about the quality, the seller advised me to take 1 size larger, listened to him and did not regret it!) Yes, the price tag is too high, but it is worth considering that we live in Belarus. Although on the same tradeinn, they cost ~ 540p with delivery!

I bought converse from them , they didn 't last even a season . There are enough shoes and I changed them all the time.I didn 't notice the problem until the first slush , already in the new season .
The attitude towards customers when dealing with a problem is ugly .
It is believed that if the shoes were bought under the promotion, then you should be grateful for such an act of generosity and for the fact that almost the season still included… I wanted to figure it out on the spot adequately, but after communicating with a representative of the store, only a call to the hotline and a further explanation of the situation are effective.

The owner of the store does not assume that his shoes may be defective. In his motto, the buyer is always wrong. The store, like their product, is not recommended.

I do not recommend communicating with clients at a lower level. It is better to go around and look at another store where the service will be better.
I bought 1460 wp martens. When I came home, I noticed that inside the fabric had come off from above and was hanging. I went to take it the next day. The seller said that he would change it, but I asked for a refund, because you buy shoes for 450 rubles, and immediately the marriage comes across, to which the seller began to react inappropriately and say in an offended tone, "Well, of course, all my shoes are bad. I got 1 out of 1000 and that's it, the circus is one with you. So it's too expensive for you." He returned the money and asked us never to come to him again, because he lost 6% on us
