We needed a simple phone, an ordinary dialer, with big buttons, for a grandmother in years - the most important thing, having bypassed the nearest shops and shopping centers, the choice fell on one and those that were here. I asked the girl to get the phone, but the window with these phones did not open for so long that the girl could not find the key to the lock for 5 minutes, asked "could I come tomorrow?" which surprised me a little. As a result, some other key came up, I immediately chose two models, and both "dead", swollen batteries, which of course upset me, I had to choose another option, and immediately asked to get three more similar phones, one of which had no battery at all. The sales girl feels like she doesn't know what to do in such situations at all, and several times she wanted to "float" me to another department or store, just not to take me here. The manager of this boutique - I advise every quarter to check the equipment that is on display, I had to spend more than half an hour to buy a simple dialer, knowing that there is such a technique, I would not go back for the choice that I initially liked, but in fact turned out to be "dead"
