The parking slots were not enough, which was a major drawback. Additionally, the PlayStation room was closed and had been turned into a new office for rent, which was also disappointing. The main issue, however, was that when the building's heating was on, the second floor would shake, which was extremely concerning.
UPD: there were rest rooms (with PS5) and private places with sofas - everything was removed. No celebration.
- bad Internet (it's tolerable without calls, calls are terrible)
- there are construction sites around, it's sad and dusty to open windows
- tenants' problems are solved quickly and for a long time
- the staff is always talking loudly at the meeting rooms, they don't care if people are nearby on phone calls.
- ALL repairs are carried out during working hours, meaning people pay money to rent a workplace to listen to the sound of a drill all day???
- the roof is always leaking when it rains
- there are the cheapest candies in the kitchen, and the staff has their own closed locker with normal goodies and snacks. for tenants, it's crap.
- there are not enough meeting rooms (booths) at peak times for everyone. Instead of improving the space for tenants, the staff buys new furniture for themselves
- it is better not to store food in the shared refrigerator
+ normal interior
+ they wash the dishes in the kitchen behind you - it's great
I really liked the interior, everything is clean and modern. The staff is very friendly.
But I lowered the rating, because this is not a classic coworking! You cannot rent a workplace for a day here (the minimum period is a month!) and this is not mentioned anywhere in the card. We wasted our time and money coming here.
