A very beautiful, modern and technologically advanced room. The Horizon product development center is here. Here you can see various kinds of flexible LCD monitors on columns in the lobby bar. You can also come in for coffee and a snack.
At the same time, it is possible to rent a room for work here. For curiosity, I recommend visiting. Very modern!

There is no institute. There is no television. Only the name is from the Horizon . Of the digital ones, only offices rented to IT companies. The building's management and internal regulations leave much to be desired.

The business center looks modern if you keep a 2-meter social distance from it. As you approach, you can see savings in materials (tables, walls, doors, digital panels). Knowing the price tag, the price and quality probably match. The coffee shop inside also does not cause delight and a desire to visit it again

The barrier behind which is a sign "for visitors" while the visitor was first turned away explaining that parking is for employees, the attitude is boorish, not only that the traffic police were called (which is acceptable, because they believed that they were right) so they also tried to prop up the car (it really became funny for the woman driver from the meanness of three men when she left, and their car turned out to be in violation of standing); everything inside is stuffed with combination locks and it is unrealistic to get in or out without an escort or secret knowledge of codes. In general, the building and territory are worthy of respect and attention, while administrators and other staff are more like watchdogs and do not have the necessary competencies: politeness, the ability not to provoke, but to settle a conflict, the ability to adequately and competently present information and argue.
