Just never mess with this store. We bought an Epson printer with a CISS, at first we proved the factory defect in the CISS for a long time, we fixed it in half under warranty. Since then, we really suffer more with the printer than we print. Then diapers, then incomprehensible errors, all the codes are not cheap and to pay for them - dancing with tambourines and waiting for 3 days until the payment arrives. Tech support is disgusting, they don't know anything, plus they can't be heard on the phone.
