I was told that Ingosstrakh specialists would contact me to explain what documents needed to be provided and how to pay for the funds spent on repairing my car.

The sole proprietor issues a period of 3-5 days, as a result, the car is parked for more than two weeks, the paint is not selected at first, then the shade does not match, then it does not lie down, falls off. At the end of two weeks, we are talking about the fact that if I do not buy a separate set of disks for the winter, and their disk suddenly turns yellow in winter, then this will not be a warranty case. The documents are murky, the acceptance certificate has barely been achieved, the guarantee for the result is not clearly written anywhere. And at the end of the year you go to another insurance company.

I came for an inspection... they gave a referral for repair to the service... the service began to search for and purchase spare parts. But... Ingosstrakh began to simply put a spoke in the wheels of the service: they say the prices at which the service buys do not suit them. Then Ingosstrakh decided to purchase the missing spare parts from the required list. Today it is already 06/28.24. There are no spare parts. Ingosstrakh doesn't move at all. We can conclude that they don't care about the client's problems. They only take money quickly and clearly. As a result, I really do not recommend this insurance company!
