The company has shown maximum incompetence at work. The main complaint has been sent to them by mail. I'll tell you in 3 words. VMI, real estate insurance, everything was in INGOSTRACh until today. Due to the employee's negligence, a very important event for the family turned out to be in danger of being suspended. as a result of the proceedings and the resolution of the issue, they demanded to pay extra for correcting their own mistake, because of the urgency they had to pay extra. I won't recommend the company to anyone else!
