I rarely write reviews, but here it is impossible to stay in the shadows and not share my experience.
It was unforgettable, before visiting, I could not even imagine that such a service was even possible in 2024!
Let's start sequentially:
1. Operating mode: As it turned out, the "service" works only at the hours they like. The stated schedule can only cause a sad smile from a potential client, on weekdays after six you will no longer find anyone, and until that time you will "catch" the employee on the spot with calls. You don't have to talk about the weekend, judging by the previously published reviews, this is the "norm" accepted by the "service".
2. Cost of work: everything is simple here - initially they say one cost, in fact it turns out another.
3. Calculation: the guys have not heard about non-cash payment, they have to listen to traditional fairy tales about a non-working terminal :) The client's offer of payment via ERIP is reduced to a persistent desire to receive only cash. It looks like the customer is looking for a way to solve the problem of paying for his order. Actually, this also applies to "catching" someone on the spot in this "service".
4. Quality: I will be brief, 4/10.
And afterword: I hope the time I spent describing the experience of cooperation with the "service" will be useful for a potential client. Fortunately, my torture with repairs is over, and the guys can only wish never to do work involving communication with a live client and find out what soft skills are :)
Not exactly a friendly attitude.
They changed the part without diagnostics to the trash. It doesn't work now anyway, even for the sake of this money, I won't take you to look for the reason. I didn't like the attitude at all!
He said we'll change it in the smartphone first, and then we'll watch it.
I don't recommend it. After the repair, the problem remained, although the master said everything was working, paid, left and did not work at home.
I agree with other reviews about the time I arrived and stood waiting for 50 minutes , I'm about to come up , etc .
