Good afternoon, I want to briefly tell you about our wonderful trip from the Infoflot company, from 05/01. 25 to 05/06/2025, on the ship Symphony of the North, we really liked everything, the service on the ship: everyone is very attentive, meals: buffet breakfast, the rest of the meal to choose from in an excellent restaurant , cabin: everything is updated, air conditioning I worked on heating and cooling, new plumbing, excursions to choose from, interesting, I plan a new trip in September, a tour of the Volga was picked up by the company's manager, Daria, everything was very professional, patiently answered all questions, and there were many of them, thank you very much for everything, I would gladly recommend it to everyone, sincerely Krasnova

Just a godsend for those who want to organize their vacation quickly and comfortably. I came across the site by accident, I was even surprised that there is such a service in Belarus. I didn't even need to go to the office (and I'm not from Minsk), everything was processed and paid online. Special thanks to the specialist Daria, who patiently listened to all my "I don't want" and "I can't" and tried to take into account all my wishes and possibilities as much as possible, advised which cabin location would be the most comfortable, on which ship the conditions and service are better. She traveled on the ship "K.A. Timiryazev" from 09/18/2024 to 09/22/2024. The trip was pleasant, the whole team worked flawlessly. The ship was small, cozy, went smoothly, I did not feel any pitching. They woke us up with the tenderest song, the tenderest voice.
The cozy restaurant served delicious and varied food, and attentive young waiters worked. Every day we offered a variety of activities for every taste.
I listened to the performances of Zaryna with great pleasure - a unique performer of a variety of songs. Anna Monet organized a variety of useful activities. Good music from Ilya Dolonov was played every evening.
Everything was organized by a beautiful, intelligent woman, the director is Elena Gennadievna, to whom special thanks for all this. I liked the tour of Yaroslavl, and it is advisable to finalize the rest of the excursions included in the program so that they include the main attractions.
I purchased a cruise at the Infoflot cruise center in Minsk.
When contacting the office, I received comprehensive information about the upcoming trip. The friendly attitude and high customer orientation of the office managers contributed to the correct choice of the cruise. I worked with Daria's manager.

Rest on the ship "Georgy Zhukov" in the period from 10 to 13 May 2024 on the route Moscow – Nizhny Novgorod. This is our first river cruise experience. Pleasant impressions began with the River Station in Moscow, when the company met passengers on the square and brought them by trailer to the pier). The check-in was also quick and welcoming. After reading the program of the first day of the cruise, it immediately became clear that you will not be bored. The events took place in two locations simultaneously from 7-15 ( morning exercises on the sun deck ) and until 23-00 ++ with a break only for meals and excursions. Unexpectedly, there was even yoga Pilates! The excursions are interesting and informative. Nature is amazing! The food in the restaurant is very varied, the service is wonderful. Special thanks to the director of the Onega restaurant. The cabins are very clean. The crew of the ship did everything possible to make the rest take place. We definitely recommend it and we will go on the next cruise with pleasure!

We were on a five-day cruise in September 2024. Dasha, the representative of Infoflot in Minsk, was very quick and attentive to our wishes. The choice was made in favor of the route from St. Petersburg to Moscow on the ship Maxim Litvinov. The ship is excellent, the cabin is super, the food is excellent. We plan to visit Kazan next year also with the cruise company Infoflot.

I would like to express my deep gratitude to the Vodohod cruise company for a great vacation on the Konstantin Korotkov motor ship from May 15 to May 19, 2024. I liked absolutely everything. The service, organization of excursions, and leisure on board are at the highest level. Food is a separate topic, almost haute cuisine. Throughout the cruise, we felt the care and attention. This is all about the work of the Infoflot Minsk office company.We were planning a trip to Nizhny Novgorod, we accidentally saw an advertisement for river cruises along the Volga, for Belarusian tourists this is not a very popular type of tourism, we were interested. We contacted the head office, within 10 minutes the answer came that there was an office in Minsk, the answer was not long in coming - a competent, punctual, positive representative Moussa Huseynov answered all questions about the organization and payment of the trip, by the end of the day the documents were issued and the vouchers were paid. This is our debut of such an unusual journey. Upon arrival, I will definitely write a review about the trip and my impressions!

We have long dreamed of a cruise on a motor ship and purely by chance we found the Infoflot website on the Internet, and it turned out that there is an office of this company in Minsk. During the day, all questions about the cruise were resolved and the documents were processed without leaving home. Unclear or, as it seemed, not completely solvable issues were all successfully resolved with the help of Mousse Natigovich. Thanks a lot to him!
