What I insisted on and she called the carrier, convinced that the driver would transfer me at the bus stop and in general they would not call the driver now he was driving! And the driver is chatting on the phone while driving, the whole salon is yelling a chanson about women and alcohol, super. There was a stop, no one transferred me, and the driver didn't even let anyone go to the toilet, saying: Don't get out, we're leaving here now! Bottom line: I've been lying at home for 4 days with a handkerchief because my health has deteriorated, the carrier is rude on the phone and just hangs up and throws it into the block when trying to figure out what kind of driver, etc., technical support is just one word from them. No one has introduced me to any signed instructions, nothing is specified in the ticket on this issue and is not prohibited! When I asked him to tell me his last name, he started being rude and said he didn't have to introduce himself to me! Do Eurolinis drivers have their own rules, known only to them?!
