A small gym and the coaches don't care about you at all. As in principle, both administrators and the sales department. I left a request on the website, and no one called back, I had to go in person. In general, everyone is doing their job, but nothing more than that, the staff has no interest and involvement

The review was written by my son who is engaged in the pool: I really liked that the pool is very clean and cozy. The changing rooms were also very comfortable, it was easy for me to change clothes.
I found only one problem in the shower - the water temperature suddenly changes itself, which is inconvenient.
I liked the beautiful design of the pool, it looks very beautiful and I feel very comfortable when I swim there.
The coach gives me a little difficult tasks for my age, sometimes I get tired, but I understand that this is a normal load for a prepared child. I try to complete all the tasks and improve my skills.
In general, I am very happy with the pool and I am always happy to come there to swim.
I would like to add that they are constantly monitoring the surrounding area.

Fitness norms. Music on 3+ is playing there. The coach is trained by several clients at the same time, which does not promise anything good. There are not many simulators, but the gym is not big either! In the evening, you have to stand in line for the simulators.

The gym has all the famous/popular exercise equipment. The floor covering is linoleum. The yoga mats are already well worn. In the lockers for undressing, how many times have I been - all times dirty (crumbs / hair).
The pool is large and spacious. There is also a swimming pool for children. Lounge chairs for relaxation. Sauna (90 degrees) and hammam.
Not bad for a small town. But there is something to find fault with

But if you are looking for space, you are not in Atyrau)) In my city, they have not learned or do not want to build a spacious fitness center so that there is a place for running, martial arts, or just to sit down for 10 minutes.
