I really want to go back. A wonderful hotel, very well located, next to the hotel is a ladies beach, a small promenade with shops and cafes, there is a pharmacy nearby. The hotel has its own sandy beach, it is small, as well as pantones, on which there are sun beds and umbrellas (everyone had enough). The sea is of rare beauty, lots of fish, clean, transparent, warm. There are bars on the beach, there is a lot of food, and the drinks are excellent. The minus of the beach bar is unscrupulous people who throw food from plates into the sea when I saw it in shock, but most importantly, a waiter did this once, and people are swimming in the sea below.
In general, the service at the hotel is at a good level, the guys are friendly and fast, smartly serve, friendly, always smiling, room cleaning is timely. There are Russian-speaking guys at the reception: Fatih and Yagmur, very good, they helped solve many issues, including car rental. The hotel has a water park, a large one, but I didn't get there; a large swimming pool with sea views. The territory of the hotel is cozy and well-groomed, there are many places where it is pleasant to sit, enjoying the sea, the sunset. The restaurants are large, there is a lot of food, varied, you can always find it to your liking. The rooms are large and require minor repairs, but overall everything is fine. There is everything you need: safe, kettle, refrigerator, TV, balcony, good plumbing. I didn't like only the mattress and pillows, they were quite old and uncomfortable, I slept without pillows. The price-quality ratio is optimal! I am very pleased with the hotel, and I was happy to spend time in it.

We rested from September 5 to September 13, 2024. A beautiful and large hotel. The staff tries very hard, there is a Russian-speaking administrator in each shift. Regarding the cleaning, I do not understand the negative reviews! There is a button in the room next to the switch - cleaning is required or do not disturb. We clicked every day. And every day they cleaned, washed the floors, changed towels and put things in their places. Bed linen was changed every 3 days. There is plenty of food, every day, a themed dinner. There is also enough food for a child. My daughter ate pasta, rice, potatoes, soups, vegetables for 3 years. I took a pack of instant porridge with me, diluted it with warm milk. Or she gave me oatmeal porridge, it's there! Yogurt, ayran. We went to the beach by elevator. Alcohol is good only in the lobby. The sea is clean, I liked the approach from the ramp, but the stairs could be put in order. We went to a fish restaurant, it was very tasty. Take the money to tip the waiters. The large water park at the hotel is an undoubted plus.

The location of the hotel is excellent, the sea is super, the food is varied. But not without comments.The main thing is room cleaning, we checked in 1 hour later, because the room was not ready, and they did not clean it throughout the rest, they changed the towels themselves after seeing the maid's cart. And the cleanliness of the territory also does not reach 5 stars, sometimes there was an unpleasant smell on the beach. But otherwise everything is fine

We had a vacation with my husband in September 2023. The hotel is spectacular, beautiful.The coast of the Aegean Sea. Izmir airport is an hour's drive away. It consists of several buildings. The food is delicious. Room cleaning is easy. Nice, attentive staff. Among the disadvantages are the periodic smell of sewage in the rooms, very noisy discos until 1 a.m. (held in the building), there is no night silence mode at all. There are no porridges in the restaurant.

On the plus side, it is very sunny, depending on when to arrive, 2 is very unusual compared to Moscow - incredibly clean rooms, floors, and friendly staff.
Of the minuses, the beach in the hotel area is rocky and only after walking a dozen meters on sharp and slippery stones there will be sand, so it's best to go to the city beach nearby in the evening, especially in the evening, huge waves!

As an F/P, it is an ideal hotel for families with children. The dishes should be varied a little, the aqua is enough, the sea gets slightly choppy in the afternoon. It is absolutely necessary to go to the bazaar near the hotel in the evenings. Alem, there is a bazaar with Moroccan nightlife. Under the Aqua parking lot, see if water is coming from the ceiling without parking your car. Chlorinated water, do not damage the paint 😬

We were here in 2022 in September.
Positive: good alcohol, clean and transparent sea, you can dive with a mask. You can rent VIP tents to sunbathe, drink and eat.
Cons: the territory is actually small, there are a lot of people everywhere, on the sun beds and in the restaurant. They tried to put us in a room with a worse class. They are bred immediately at the entrance, be careful, they can even hand over less money.
Instead of a room with a sea view, they tried to give a room with a view of the basik below the class. Don't take the numbers from the bass player, the music plays very strongly (almost all day and sometimes at night).
The hotel itself is old, it was restored, but the furniture is killed everywhere. The rooms are cleaned very very badly, even for tips. Bed linen is practically not changed. Alcohol is not brought to the minibar. The waiters serve well only for cash, you will not feel the service without it.
The hotel does not know Russian. The hotel is more designed for Turks and Europeans. Russians are 10%. The staff's English is poor and mixed with Turkish.
The pool seats are occupied from 7 am. If you did not put a towel, forget about the basik until 19:00) the basik is very small, there are 3 people floating on 1 square meter.
The coastline is bad. The sun only falls on the sand zone at 12-13. The sun rises late, perhaps because of the landscape (mountains). The entrance to the sea is sand with large stones, so we rented only a VIP to have a separate descent into the water.
The food is more like fast food. You will rarely find pancakes at breakfast, they do not cook porridge. The base is toast and cereal and omelette) all the food is spicy. I would say it is simple and there is little choice. We practically did not eat there, we preferred fruits and meat (if it is not spicy) the fish was served only 2 times in 11 days. The worst thing is dirty dishes, they are washed very poorly.
We won't go there a second time :) The hotel is a C-plus.

We had a great rest: there are, of course, disadvantages. For example, the tired room stock (but at the same time clean!), the quality of cleaning in the rooms. But the quality of the rest of the service, the range of services, the cleanliness and beauty of the sea, the food, the aqua park, the friendly attitude more than cover the disadvantages.
It is important who is looking for what for themselves, how they are configured.

Hello. The hotel is nice, but I didn't like the fact that the room has heated salt water flowing from the tap. That is, it is not bland!!! On the 7th day of my stay, my head began to itch and the skin on my face began to peel off. The hair was not washed with this water at all! I also didn't like the animation - the evening performances started late (at 22:00 I already wanted to sleep) and were not particularly interesting. There has never been a fire show in all 11 days. The entrance to the sea is rocky, but then the sand. But it's uncomfortable with very young children. The management could have removed these stones and covered them with sand, but they left it as it is. The water is clean, but in the morning algae washes up. They are being removed

I wouldn't put five stars. Pretty monotonous food. In the bathroom there is only liquid soap in the dispenser and cotton pads. The cleaning is normal, without complaints. The hotel is conveniently located. The sea views are amazing. But in a nearby hotel, loud Turkish music is played every evening until one o'clock, sometimes until two in the morning. Really annoying.

Hello everyone We returned from Infinity yesterday! A wonderful hotel!!! It seems that the previous review was written about another place. Yes, they don't speak Russian, but there are no problems in communication with basic knowledge of English! Yes, the service is not intrusive, but it is in everything! Everything is clean, they constantly bring beauty everywhere in the hotel! The sea is clean and beautiful! The views are awesome! If you need sand on the beach for small children, a 3-minute walk to the city beach Ladybeach ! There is a lot of food and everything is delicious- fish EVERY day and different! Meat - chicken, turkey, lamb, veal - always and in different versions! The animation is on the level, and people are not followed or pestered, but politely unobtrusively invited! The hotel is not new, but everything is stylish and designed in pastel colors - starting from the interior and ending with napkins on the tables, The furniture in the rooms is not killed, as they say here, everything is on the level! For children and adults - a new modern water park! In general, I recommend the hotel to everyone! Compared to Alanya, which is a bazaar, Kusadasi is a town on the level of Greece, Cyprus, and southern Portugal!!!

For three days they asked to update the mini-bar and as a result it turned out that this was a one-time promotion on the first day of arrival.
The bars have a very strange opening time.
During the stay, various disadvantages are noticed, even the same WI-Fi works disgusting here. The shower towels are smeared with something, the rooms are not completely clean.
The hotel does not pull in 5 stars, and certainly is not "ultra inclusive"

We spent the weekend at the hotel in the last week of October 2022, and the most negative feelings remained. We arrived at 4 p.m., we were asked to wait at the reception, because our room is not ready yet!! This is despite the fact that it is not the season, it is cold and only a few rooms are occupied in the huge hotel. Upon check-in, the room rate was paid, named by the girl at the reception. The hotel positions itself at 5 stars, but there are no hygiene products, bathrobes, shampoos in the room, in short, there were only towels and soap in the dispenser. There was no blanket on the bed, there was a cotton sheet, they lay down in jeans and hoodies, it was very cold in the room. However, at our request, a blanket was found and brought to us. There was a dirty white stain on the bedspread, the windows were all smeared with children's palms, bird droppings on the walls of the balcony. The food in the restaurant is terrible, stale, the sausage cuts are dried up and in some places with a green tint. Meat was completely absent from the menu, there were chicken nuggets and turkey liver, a pathetic semblance of mashed soups and pasta. The staff is unhappy and not pleasant. As in the room, dirty windows and tables, tablecloths do not change, bread crumbs on the tables, garbage under the tables. Having survived the night, we thought to put the hotel on the list of "no longer visited" and forget ... but at 11:40 when vacating the room, we got a call from the receptionist and said that we were mistakenly settled in a room with a higher class (sea view), so we need to pay the difference!!! This is the first time we have encountered such unscrupulousness, unscrupulousness and arrogance in Turkish hotels. Be vigilant. I do not recommend this hotel.

Here in the corridors, the stench from the sewer does not leave the impression, and you should immediately demand a room with a window not on the beach. Music will make itself felt from morning to evening. The staff serves anyone first of all, but Slavs last of all. And it's just terrible. The food is good. Everything is clean and organized. There are few sun beds on the beach and sometimes they are not welcome. And the pool seats have been occupied "since the last century" so not everything is so bad. The water park is good, but the "Bulbs - Spice hole" does not appeal to children, But think about the choice.

The food is monotonous. There are 2 Russian-speaking staff members for the entire hotel. A small beach that has been dirty for two weeks. On the first day of our arrival, my daughter's sneakers were stolen at the reception. The rooms in block 5 on the ground floor are very smelly, with sewerage. Preference in this hotel for Turks. In short, I do not recommend it. One of the advantages is the beautiful sea.
